Payment may be made by cash, check, or another arrangement agreed with the church office.

How to Register

Every participant must complete and sign the Retreat Permission & Registration Form. Participants under 18 years of age must have the form signed by a parent or legal guardian.

The form gathers participant details, an emergency contact, medical and insurance information, the emergency medical authorization, and the retreat participation and liability release.
