My Journey of Faith and Calling

I am Louis Philippe S. Francois, pastor, preacher, and teacher of the Word of God. My journey is above all a story of faith, calling, and faithfulness to God.

Born into a Christian family, I grew up in an environment where faith was part of daily life. From childhood I was exposed to Christian values and to the teaching of the Word of God. Yet at the age of sixteen I personally experienced conversion and received water baptism. That step deeply marked my life and my commitment to Jesus Christ.

Over time, what had begun as a personal experience with God became a genuine call to service. Preaching, teaching the Bible, and walking alongside people in their journey with God progressively became the heart of my vocation.

Today I consider ministry not as a title, but as a sacred responsibility and a service to God and His people.

02

My Education

Out of a desire to serve God and His Church better, I pursued an academic path that allowed me to develop both my theological understanding and my skills in administration and the social sciences.

I hold a Master’s degree in practical and social theology, as well as a bachelor’s degree in administration, economics, and social sciences.

These two fields taught me to consider ministry from several angles: spiritual depth, the responsibility of leadership, human reality, and the needs of society.

I believe knowledge must be placed at the service of the mission: it should help us understand better, serve better, and better accompany the people God places on our path.

03

My Ministry

I currently serve as Pastor of Faithful Church of God, Inc.

My ministry rests on four essential dimensions: the Word of God, prayer, worship, and spiritual guidance.

I deeply believe in the power of the Word of God when it is taught with faithfulness, clarity, and responsibility. My desire is to help believers not only hear the Word, but understand it, live it, and let it transform their daily lives.

I also pay particular attention to the different seasons of the spiritual life: moments when God calls us to move forward, and others when He asks us to wait, to prepare, or to trust Him more deeply. It is in this light that the theme « Discerning God’s timing » holds an important place in my vision of ministry.

The Heart of My Vision

At the center of my vision lies a conviction that deeply sums up my approach to ministry: the faithfulness of God through love and holiness.

I believe we are called to proclaim a faithful God, and to reflect His faithfulness in the way we live.

Love without truth loses its direction. Truth without love loses its witness. Holiness without compassion can grow cold, while compassion without holiness can lose its spiritual depth.

This is why I long to see a Church where love and holiness move forward together — anchored in the Word of God, sensitive to the presence of the Holy Spirit, and committed to service.

05

My Mission

My mission is simple: to serve God faithfully and to help others grow.

I want to walk alongside believers in their journey with Christ, strengthen those going through difficult seasons, encourage those who need to recover hope, and help each person discover their identity, calling, and destiny in Christ.

I believe every person has value before God, and that every season of life can have meaning in His plan.

Through my ministry, I want to pass on not only teaching, but a faith that is lived out, a hope that withstands trials, and a faithfulness that endures in every season.

06

My Commitment

I do not claim to have reached perfection. I am myself still growing, still learning, and still dependent on the grace of God.

My commitment is to keep serving with faithfulness, humility, integrity, and trust — remaining anchored in the Word of God and in the calling He has placed on my life.

I want my ministry to be greater than my name, my service to point to Christ, and my life to bear witness to the faithfulness of God.

To be faithful to God in every season, to love His people sincerely, to walk in holiness, and to faithfully fulfill the calling He has entrusted to me.
